Thank you Manuela. I'm always partial to trees - I can't seem to walk past a nice tree without taking its portrait, especially with light bouncing around.
Exploring locations with history and story attached to them is always interesting to me! 'Why do I take photographs' is a very powerful question, and one that I've been asking myself a lot lately.
It's a tough question Erik. I feel the answer will always seem to be just out of my reach! But that's why it is so much fun, whether a multi-day walk through the bush, or a stroll around the park.
I love these images James and how you have paired them as well - they work so well together. I particularly like the second, third and last pairings.
I hope you find an answer to your question.
Thanks Gill, I am always tempted by black and white, but it's a whole new discipline (but nice to dabble). Very glad you enjoyed
Love these images. I love how you paired them as well. My personal favorites are the last two!

I love this. The photographs are different than usual, but I love that you allowed yourself to play and explore!
Thank you Susanne - it's always good to push and try something new.
