These are beautiful James - catching fog here is a rare thing and 'catching' is the operative word, as many times it's a sea fret that's crept in and creeps back out again as soon as I get out to photograph locally!
I quite like the directional light creating these light beams. Where I live we don't have them very often, and its either too foggy and grey or the fog clears out too quickly 😄
These fog photos are wonderful! Conditions like that are actually sort of rare where I live. My favorite images are the ones with visible light beams streaming through the fog.
I am definitely making the most of the conditions as we come out of winter. Soon enough everything will dry off and fog will be a distant memory! Thanks Erik.
Love these images James; this is my kinda of atmosphere! Thank you for the tips!
My pleasure Ineska. We don't get fog that often, so I try to make the most of these conditions.
Beautiful images, James. I particularly love the first B&W one - wonderful!
Thanks Todd - the light in that BNW image is pretty special.
The last four images are particularly beautiful!
This was a great lesson on how to work with challenging lifting conditions.
Thanks Manuela. We rarely get fog that hangs around too long, so it's all about working hard and fast.

I feel your pain Lin - so often I get to a location just a little too late!

But there is a moment! Good luck Ronald.
Thanks James! :)
